Guangdong Dapeng LNG Company Limited (DPLNG) is the entity for the construction and operation of LNG Terminal and Trunkline Project. It is approved by Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China in February 2004, and registered with the State Administration of Industry and Commerce.

Purchase (import), transportation, storage and re-gasification of LNG; Sales (transmission) of natural gas and its by-products to Pearl River Delta and other areas; Construction and management of LNG reception terminal, gas pipeline and other additional extended facilities; Charter, lease and operation of LNG carrier; LNG purchase, sale and relevant business inside or outside the country.
